Dies dinner

Dear members,

On the 7th of March 2022 Sipke will start her 11th lustrum Dies week with a dinner at the Ruif in Delft. During this night we will have an open bar for the full 5.5 hours paired with a nicely composed 3-course dinner! For this dinner you can select your own menu, for every course you can select one of the options underneath:

Starters:

• Beef carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, sunflower seed and Parmesan cheese
• Thai coco-curry soup with chicken
• Thai coco-curry soup (vegetarian)
• Salmon-sashimi with sweet sour cucumber and wasabi mayonnaise
• Grilled courgette with Nuts crunch (vegan)

Main course:

• Beef steak with pepper sauce
• Chicken sate with peanut sauce, kroepoek and seroendeng.
• Salmon from the oven with honey-mustard sauce
• Eastern warm couscous with wok vegetables, nuts, feta and orange dressing
• Thai vegetable curry (vegan)

(The main course dishes are served with french-fries and vegetables)

Desert:

• Sweet surprise
