Our traineeship combines theoretical and practical training. We offer the opportunity to gain experience in the different aspects of wiring design.

This traineeship will start with three to four days a week training and one to two days a week learning on the job within the pre-determined development teams, with almost five days a week learning on the job towards the end of the traineeship. The traineeship consists of education in hardand soft skills (such as communication, leadership) within the various knowledge areas of wiring design. Throughout the traineeship, we offer coaching by peers, management and the human resource department. After successful completion of the traineeship, you are able to perform (design) activities in the position of an EWIS Design Engineer, either focused on installation design, functional design or materials & constructions design and testing. Subsequently you have the ability to develop yourself and grow into a more technical- or technical team lead position within Engineering depending on your own ambition.
